The Python Developer will be part of an established, efficiently-functioning team following Agile methodologies. The team provides an excellent environment to support and improve Python Development expertise across all levels of experience, delivering code to a large production environment.
Responsibilities
  • Fix Bugs (Maintenance)
  • Reproduce issues
  • Entire Product is about automation (deploy with one command): Cobbler, puppet
About You
  • 2-5 years commercial software development experience coding in Python
  • Passionate about writing clean, logical, well-tested code
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
Technical Skills
  • Great command of Python programming language
  • Advanced RHEL administration and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of virtualization technologies and VMs
  • Git/ Gerrit configuration
Nice to have
  • Good understanding of Automation (Python based)
  • Jenkins administration (CI/CD knowledge is an advantage)
  • Knowledge and experience working with Puppet is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Ansible, Ruby is an advantage
  • Knowledge of High Availability is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Docker is an advantage
